ZZA Mozzarella is growing fast, and you’ll grow with us! As Commercial Coordinator, you’ll be the link within the commercial team and between colleagues in Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics and Marketing. You’ll ensure that everything we agree on is properly organised.

You’re right at the heart of it all. Always. You know what’s going on, you keep track of everything, and you’re often the first to spot where things could be done better, smarter or faster. No two days are the same, and that suits you perfectly.

You work with contracts, customer information and commercial documentation, but also with projects such as new packaging, product launches and trade fairs. So there’s a lot of coordination, a lot of alignment, and always ensuring the right information ends up in the right place.

You’re the one who keeps everything together. Colleagues know where to find you, as do customers, and you ensure that things don’t get stuck but simply get done. Nice and clear, nice and organised.

In short: you’re the linchpin who ensures that everything behind the scenes runs as it should, quickly, smoothly and without hassle.

What exactly will you be doing?

• Drafting, managing and monitoring sales contracts and commercial documentation
• Coordinating orders and ensuring they are processed correctly
• Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries regarding quality, product specifications and documentation
• Supporting artwork, packaging and product launch processes
• Aligning forecasts, customer agreements and deliveries with Supply Chain and Logistics
• Ensuring an up-to-date CRM system and managing customer data
• Providing support at trade fairs, commercial activities and logistics where necessary
• Identifying and following up on deviations within commercial processes

Who are you?

You value structure, switch easily between different parties and feel at home in an international environment. You take responsibility, think ahead and only let go once something is properly sorted.

You will also bring the following:

• A minimum of higher vocational education (HBO) level of working and thinking
• A good command of spoken and written Dutch and English
• Proficiency in French and/or Spanish is an advantage
• An affinity with international trade
• Organisational skills and a meticulous approach to work
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Customer focus, a sense of ownership and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the food sector is a plus
• And above all: you are a team player, committed and enjoy a good atmosphere in the workplace

Our story

ZZA Mozzarella is part of Geris in Nederweert: a dairy specialist for 15 years. Since 2022, we have been producing premium mozzarella under our own brand name, as a topping for pizzas and pasta dishes. Our product, made according to an authentic Italian recipe, is shipped from the Netherlands to food companies all over the world. As a small and informal team based in Nederweert, we work every day on our unique mission: we put the ZZA on your pizza!
